Pirates Deserve more sympathy |
Opening Paragraph | Pirates deserve more sympathy. People always talk about the bad things pirates do, but pirates may be bad because they have such hard lives. |
Middle Paragraphs | Firstly, pirates work very hard. Most adults get four weeks holiday a year. However, pirates don’t get these holidays because they are too busy stealing treasure.
Secondly, life as a pirate is very stressful. Pirates worry about keeping their treasure safe, escaping from the law, and who they will rob next. Furthermore, no one ever invites them to relax over a cup of tea. Finally, many pirates have disabilities. Pirates often get injured at work and end up with a peg leg, eye patch or even a hook as a hand. Usually a person with a disability gets some extra help or even just a little sympathy, but pirates don’t get anything. |
Closing Paragraph |
As you can see, pirates deserve more sympathy. They work hard, get very stressed, and often have to live with a disability. You must give pirates more support! |
